Beginner Crochet Market Bag

I love beginner projects of all kinds, but especially crochet. Beginner projects usually mean the instructions and pattern are easy enough to follow while I’m binging on Netflix. Not that you ever do that, right? And guess what, that is exactly what you can do while you create this market bag! You know, if that’s your thing;-)

Crochet moss stitch is basically the equivalent of the linen stitch in knitting. Once you have it mastered, it’s an easy and versatile stitch you can use for other projects to add texture. A simple washcloth comes to mind. You will be single crocheting, and skipping stitches, and that’s pretty much it!

While this bag is designed as a market bag I’ve made a few of these to match the color theme of my craft room. I hung them on a blank wall and inside each one is a work in process that’s not quite finished yet. This helps me keep them organized and handy so I can grab and go. It also keeps me from stuffing those projects in out of the way places to be discovered years later! It’s also a great way to decorate your space with something that is useful, too! {the pattern is here}
